In this session, participants will challenge their perceptions of accountability within their organizations, and will explore ways to incorporate celebratory, visible, and vulnerable forms of peer-to-peer, as well as individual accountability.

“How much are you learning to become that next phase of what it is to be a man for you?”
The “Fab Five” won’t help to change your chapter like they did with the brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha in Season Seven, Episode One of the Netflix sensation “Queer Eye”, but good news - you can. Participants will focus primarily on the areas of Culture (chapter culture) and Design (chapter facilities) and how subtle improvements in these areas can change the trajectory of their chapter for years to come.

Pledge, as a noun, has taken on a meaning of its own. Its use as a degrading term for new members of social organizations and the ever-growing popularity of "PledgeTok" has begun to diminish the importance of the word "pledge" as a verb.
This program aims to address the issue of retention within organizations by re-emphasizing the importance of taking a lifelong pledge to remain committed to an organization. This program will also highlight the importance of minimizing power imbalances within new member process for social organizations.

This program seeks to begin dismantling a societally imposed deficit mindset that organizations have fallen victim to, especially with today's perception of values-based Greek Letter Organizations.
Based on Strengths Psychology by Don Clifton, this program will allow participants to explore their unique talents and how they contribute to address problems and concerns within their respective organizations.
